Contract Negotiator
Write the sales contract. The sales contract will be presented to the listing agent or office and possibly the seller of the property. Our negotiator will help you with acceptable contract terms and conditions.
Transaction Coordinator
Processes pending transaction and does all the necessary work to insure a smooth closing. Your closer will co-ordinate the title company, finance company, termite inspection, home inspection, survey, repairs, make sure contingencies are met, set up walk through inspections and keep everyone informed.
Service/Product Coordinator
Our service and products coordinator will provide you with Home Warranty information, along with additional home saving values.
